Tyler Edwards Gets Big Win at Gerhardt Classic
ATLANTA, GA- 18 year-old Atlanta Georgia native, Tyler Edwards scored his first career USAC NorCal Ignite Midget Series victory by winning the second feature at the Fred Gerhardt Classic at Madera Speedway on Saturday night.
Edwards is a member of the Ron Sutton's Winner's Circle program which develops drivers for a career in motorsports. Tyler brings lots of experience to the RSWC team in asphalt oval with a background in NASCAR Late Models, Legend cars and Quarter Midgets.

SECOND STRAIGHT NASCAR MODIFIED WIN FOR RSWC & STEVE COTE
MONTREAL, QUEBEC (July 19, 2011) – NASCAR Modified driver Steve Cote brought the #4 Allstar Performance car to victory for the second straight week, winning Saturday night’s feature at All American Speedway in Roseville, Calif. The Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle driver led the final 20 laps of the 40 lap contest after battling teammate Bobby Runyan.
Cote used the win to close on the top-two in the points standings as he chases track champion honors in 2011. The 2010 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Quebec champion is in the midst of a hot streak with an average finish of 2.4 in his last five starts.
ROMANO MOVES TO SECOND IN NASCAR LATE MODEL CHAMPIONSHIP
ATHERTON, CALIFORNIA (July 19, 2011) – 20 year-old Nik Romano added to his impressive 2011 rookie season in the NASCAR Late Models at TOYOTA Speedway by finishing second in Saturday night’s 40 lap feature in Irwindale, Calif. The Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle development driver is en route to his fifth career Rookie of the Year title driving the #51 NASCAR Late Model for Tim Huddleston’s High Point Racing.
This is Romano’s fourth season in the Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle program, which develops drivers for a career in motorsports after an extensive application and tryout process. Romano joined the program in 2008 when he began in Formula Fords before advancing through USAC Ford Focus Midgets and NASCAR Modifieds before arriving in the NASCAR Late Models.
RUNYAN LEADS 20 LAPS FOR TOP-FIVE IN NASCAR MODIFIEDS
DENAIR, CALIFORNIA (July 19, 2011) – 18 year-old Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle driver Bobby Runyan, Jr. led 20 laps on Saturday night in the NASCAR Modifieds at All American Speedway before finishing fifth. The fifth place finish is Runyan’s second straight top-five as a rookie in the hotly contested NASCAR Modified division at the one-third mile asphalt oval.
Runyan, a graduate of the USAC Ford Focus Midgets and SCCA Formula Fords, is a rookie driver in the #21 K&N Filters Modified for the Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle driver development team. The youngster matched his previous best qualifying mark by qualifying fifth on the day.

HUNT CAPTURES FOURTH 2011 VICTORY IN USAC YOUNG GUNS
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI (July 9, 2011) – 12 year-old Trevor Hunt scored his fourth USAC Young Guns feature of the season as the rookie driver led all 20 laps of the main event at the .25 mile short track, Stockton 99 Speedway, on "Open Wheel Night" Saturday night. With this fourth 2011 victory, Hunt is leading championship points in four different series of the 2011 USAC Young Guns Midget National, Western, Western Pavement and Norcal.
Hunt drives the #11 FVP Midget for Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle, a driver development program based in Sacramento. Now half way through the 2011 season Trevor Hunt is no stranger to Stockton 99 Speedway as the series last visited the speedway in May when Hunt won the main event.
